The Vast Empire Engineering Corps is a group of members who are skilled in either web design, graphics design, level/mod design, etc. (or all of the above).
You can earn money (Imperial Credits - buy weapons, vehicles, etc.) when you make stuff. You have to let the head-honchos know you're going to make something first though so they can compensate your efforts.
Currently we're undergoing a name-change. -----------------------

if thats so, why don't you start working. Nothing has changed the whole time i've been in the VEEC. Why haven't you taken any suggestion. I put some great ones in a few months ago. And you said you'd think about it. No offence to anyone who out ranks me. I am not telling you off. I am saying wouldn't it be great if you did something?

uhm, to be frank, VEEC isn't the most active group right now. If you want to do a project email one of the VEEC high commanders and see if you cant get some ICs for it. If you would like, you could also join VE Today, our news letter -----------------------

The casino is above their head for a few reasons. It's too complicated. Anything they could somehow make wouldn't be secure. Also, there is one in the works by the High Council, so anything they made would be replaced soon enough.
What you can do is learn how to make missions and mods for games. Or even how to make images and web pages. If you are sitting here saying that the VEEC should do something, maybe it's you that should find something to do. Don't expect the world handed to you on a silk pillow. -----------------------

Look, I'm a pilot. I don't work GROUND stuff. Er, isn't you're whole existance based on making stuff for the V.E or is it telling not VEEC members to do it for you. I am not asking for a silk pillow. I am asking for you to run along and make something. You haven't for years have you all? Just in it for the title and the paycheck. In that case, can I join? Once again, this is not adressed to anyone higher in rank than me. I'm mean, you higher rank people agree don't you. The VEEC should do stuff.  Good, so we agree on something. I know I shouldn't be telling a service I'm not in what to do, but I mean, you do stuff for the VE and nothing has happened since I joined.

Actulally, quite a few members of the VEEC have been working on something. It's the VE Today. And before anyone says anything, yes we do actually do things and not just sit around pretending. If you want to do something why dont you help us  . You might even get paid. -----------------------

Hey, I've made several StarCraft maps, and even a TIE mission in my time here. I also put out two or three issues of tabloids, and now one of gaming news for the VE Today. It's not quite active, but it's far from inactive. -----------------------
