Movement On the West Front, 1st Platoon moved south east to cover the retreat of the South Front. 2nd Platoon maneuvered into a defensive line, orders given by their local commander. 6th Platoon also moved south east to cover the retreat of the South Front, whilst 5th Platoon moved northwards one space. On the South Front, the two wounded Squads of 4th Platoon were airlifted out by the Navy, as were two unwounded Trooper squads in 3rd Platoon. They have been re-equipped at the river crossing and are back to full strength. The remainder of 3rd Platoon and all of 7th Platoon retreated northwards. The retreating forces of the East Front took up position in the most southern Fort, just on the river crossing. Two squads are just a space away - there are currently a Stormtrooper squad and a Trooper squad in the fort, with two Trooper squads almost there. The battered defenders still in the East Front retreated as best they could. Combat The enemy attacked, as expected, the remnants of the East Front defending forces. One battered squad was wiped out in an attack, and contact has been lost with the other - the soldiers are presumed KIA. The enemy also moved further into the plains, and attacked an AT-ST from the West Front. It was not destroyed, but critically damaged. No South Front forces were attacked, thanks to their quick retreating - although there are enemy forces dangerously close. This leaves the East Front TOTALLY undefended. It is imperative that some forces check the area out, as we have no way of knowing if the Cleoggi will attack through it. However, we do have some intelligence - on their way back from the airlift, a Navy Shuttle reported seeing an "unidentified figure on horseback" in the centre of the plain. It is likely that this was a Cleoggi scout. Again, a fighting withdrawal is necessary. I am sure I do not need to tell you the danger of the Cleoggi swarming in from the east, surrounding our forces. Good luck. Major General Jalanus   ----------------------- Major General Jalanus Commander-in-Chief, 15th Conscript Brigade [RPG Character for the ICAM]
