And Zed, thats the Letter of Recommendation, It's given to, and I quote " members who have shown fantastic displays of promise while serving in the Vast Empire Army Academy. It adds a 15% increase on the test to achieve a commission as an Imperial Officer. It may only be awarded by the Commander of Training." -----------------------

Yes actually, Recruitin' Medal(s) are the easiest to gain (if you don't have a tight relationship with the High ppl onth Navy).... since you don't have to be active for 1 year in the VE, or you don't have to something drastically improvin' the VE/VEN/VEA/VEEC,..you could just simple go to other chat room...and well..chat... and recruit ppl of course
