Well apparently this thing is wanted by a good potion of the members, so here's what I would like to see happen. They are both good. The species handbook is also a really good resource, and the Rebellian Era Sourcebook gives some good stats on various things. -----------------------

Art is already working on some of this, but what I want to put together, asap is a handbook to help out the GM's. Granted this handbook won't be law, but it should help some of our not so veteran GM's or people that want to try their hand at being a GM do a lot better. Basically I would like to find some RPG stats for most of the things that the VE has, (ships, weapons, etc.).
If you're interested in helping, please talk to Arturus, ( email).
Second thing I would like to see done is some basic character sheets made up. So for those of you that would like to do this, please post which one you're working on.
Some ideas for what I'm Looking for.
Army Character Sheets (Minimum stats for...)
Stormtrooper
Squad Leader
Officer
High Command
Navy Character Sheets (Minimum stats for...)
Pilot
Squadron Commander
Officer
High Command
DJO Character Sheets (Minimum stats for...)
Apprentice
Jedi Knight
Master
Dark Lord
If you have better suggestions for these character sheets, please let me know. I only know the minimum requirements for an RPG, so I'm farely new to this. Just lending some organizational skills to this project.
Once we get this information gathering bit done, we'll start looking for GM's and test players. Not before...

for army sheets I think that there should be specialties for the regular troopers,
sniper
heavy weapons

I already explained this to you in the channel, but I figure I should tell the other people as well.
The Army Stormtrooper template will just be a base, once people start to fill them in, then we'll go and add in the specialties as well as the information on the equipment assigned to them by the army.
Any more questions/comments. Still waiting for people to volunteer to help with these.

one thing i would appreciate is if someone would send me the latest set of rules we would be using so i can make sure i know everything we need for the database

If someone would provide the web site for rules, etc., I'm sure it will be appreciated by many.
I for one don't know if I can be much help because I don't know enough of how this RP works enough for me to be a GM. I'm good at making web sites, so maybe I could be of assistance there.
I believe that Spartacus and Sesswanna had generated some basic Character Sheets. That topic is some down the line... down a ways. -----------------------

There may be a website site somwhere, but pretty much the only way to get all the rules is buy the Revised Roolbook -----------------------

a storm trooper would be a soldier
high council mem would be a noble
dk jedi obviously a jedi
engineers would be tech specialists
you know those games were made to be bent
you should go through web rpg
