IRC, once again?

So... yesterday we lost ChanServ and NickServ, and now I can't connect to the server at all. If I do, it crashes my IRC program giving me the BEX error. I googled it and stuff, and it talks about modifying the DEP which I don't really want to do(even though I have a good antivirus).

If using an online client(Mibbit for example), it simply won't connect.

And so: anyone knows what's happening with the IRC server? Can anyone else connect?
