Its been a full two weeks since my last post (possibly the longest I have ever left between posts in a cooperative story. Sorry for that!) but I have finally made my 5th post! Right now, the Blackjack Squad (which my Army character is part of) channel topic is: Be active; lest we look less active than the Navy. No offense, Ech.
The Army thinks we're inactive. Let's prove them wrong! We're at a slow spot in the story, but if we all focus on posting, we'll speed it up quickly.
If you want to get to the good parts, you've got to get through the bad, and frankly, the entire story is pretty darn good to me.

As for the reason/goal/objective - any suggestions? For instance I always go for CD in these stories. Either I find something to change in the char or otherwise better describe some aspect of the char or I just improve my "badass" rating by racking in more kills and maneuvers and whatnot that will help explain further increases in the future stories. So long as the increase is gradual and moderate then it also ends up feeling natural as a result.

Lookin' good, Ech! I like the idea of an emergency venting to try and control temperatures, but it might have benefited from more description of how dangerous the procedure would be, and how critical it would be to evacuate the corridors while it was attempted. Still, good idea!
Got another post up, this one playing with the idea of an Imperial Dominion spy. Remember, these are the guys who poisoned a bunch of our officers! They aren't above a little cloak-and-dagger stuff to even the odds.
Anybody who's feeling a little lost, but still wants to post: PM me. I'll help you brainstorm ways to keep fighting as the battle gets a little unwieldy to keep track of everything that's going on everywhere.

I'm going to have another post us ASAP. Unfortunately, it looks like I've actually got too much catching up to do to get it up before I've gotta go for a good bit of the night. However, I'm setting aside a good block of time tomorrow to get it finished up. Look forward to the battle hitting a new phase! Finals are done as of last night and my schedule's finally starting to clear up.
