Okay, I give up, how the hell do you upload a new version of an image?

I've tried to upload a new image for my character's page (Pherik Zail) and no matter WHAT I do it only gives me the old one.  Worse, in the file history, it shows the new version as a small pic in the file histroy, but WILL NOT actually show it as the file itself.  Seriously, I have like 12 copies of that image, the original and current are the old image, and ALL THE ONES in between are the new one.  And yes, I have tried to 'revert' to the correct one, but it just gives the original AGAIN.

If you don't believe me, just look at the recent upload history and you'll see the mess.

Any advice?

Well, since I was clicking on 'upload new version of this file' I didn't think I had to udate the name.  I've now tried it again by updating the name, and its just created a new file entirely rather than updating the existing one.  However, the right picture IS there, so thats perfect!  Thanks Havock!

Oh but it gets worse.  The damn glitch has corrected itself!  Now, a few hours later, the original file has magically fixed itself to FINALLY show the correct picture!

Now it looks like I have just uploaded/reverted a dozen copies of the same pic for no reason.  Brilliant.

Okay, screw it.  I've got the new file with the right pic, its DONE.  However, can a wiki admin or someone with authority just wipe the dozen copies of my original effort so I can pretend this madness never happened.  Its File:PherikZailpic.jpg. If you check the upload log you'll see like a million of them.  Get rid of them all, I beg you!
