That's right!  As my first action as commissioner of the Vast Empire Swoop Racing organization I think it would be awesome to launch this racing scheme with a celebration, a celebration that I call Racefest which will kick off THIS SUNDAY after the meeting!

What is Racefest?  Racefest will be comprised of a bunch of mini races with shortened laps and smaller groups that will each have awesome prizes to start the racers off well!  Each race has a standard 25,000 IC prize for first place- and some races will have mystery prizes!  These could be anything from an awesome swoop bike that only racing bonds can buy, to a regular pit droid from the Imperial Center Store.

So, how will this work?  Well, assuming that at least 12 people sign up to participate; they will be divided up into three teams of four.  All four of these teams will race at the same time, and when the last race is finished- the prizes are given!  There will be modifications to the rules, to allow easier play- such as only level 1 swoops and parts.

Racing is very easy, every post you write will look something like this:

Ron took off right behind Kadann as the race began.  With no obstacles in sight, he speeds up and rams his speeder bike into Kadann's side.  Kadann pulls away and attempts to move, but is unsuccessful.  Ron's ATTACK is good.

DODGE: 4
ATTACK: 4-1 (Successful Attack)

All you have to remember is what you're pass, dodge, and attack is: and what you're enemies p,d, and a are.  And you don't even have to do that because everyone will write it at the bottom of their post after every turn!  If you know that, it's just simple addition and subtraction.  Piece of cake.
