I know this is kind of pointless because it is dead and all, but is it possible to join the VEEC because i would like to try my had and this stuff. |

It really is dead. There is nothing that needs to be done as most of the projects are already done and none have been added since like August of last year. If you would like to join, it'd help a lot if you go straight to the source aka Doc. Doc is not in charge of the VEEC. :P
If you want to start doing your own stuff, that's fine. You don't need to join a division to do that.

Riqimo is a member of the VEEC. He doesn't have "command authority" in the VEEC.
There are three positions in the Engineering Corps High Command. These three positions are: Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Executive Director.
