Was doing my research for my spec, 'parently slicers can get an undercover name or something of the sort.
So after a long time of name searching I decided what I'd like to change it to.

I would keep this in mind: your Vast Empire Callsign is your "identification". It is NOT your character's name. Think of it like any other military callsign.
Typically, your Callsign is "separate" from your character's progression in story mode.
Ron, in your case, say your character's real name was John Smith and your VE Callsign was 'Viper'. If your character was a slicer going undercover, you wouldn't change your VE Callsign to reflect this. You would simply state "John Smith is going to use the alias 'Joseph Black'."
For the question of "Why can't I just keep changing my Callsign?" I'll give you a simple answer: Why can't you just decide on one and stick with it and why do you even need to change it? It's a VE military designation, not your character's "name".
In other words, if you want your Callsign to be changed to Jericho, then Jericho will be your Vast Empire identification (not your character's undercover alias)... if you get what I mean. Prefect of the Army
