Hey, im not sure if itll be any problem, but i would like some more people in the NPC collection... if you don't want to, i can add them... anyways... that alright to do that?

Don't add NPCs unless they are used in the story. Hrm... that reminds me. I need to get back on that. Never did finish it up...

Which NPC collection are we speaking of? The wiki one I assume? If so, I don't see a problem with people adding their personal NPCs with the [[Category:NPC]] tag, in fact if we do want an "official" NPC list for major plots, probably be nice to have a seperate list.

Now, if you are talking of the NPC lists for the roster, that's an entirely different matter and only for those with roster access.

The Storynet NPC lists (such as on the Army Storynet) tends to list the more prominent NPCs that come from competitions, or major spec related NPCs.

Hope that helps answer your question, if I missed what you were speaking of because you found a fourth NPC thing, let me know.
