Avitar Issues

Okay its possible I'm doing this wrong, but I have tried everything to upload my own Avitar without success. I make sure the file is the right extension (.jpg or .gif) and under the specifications (100/120, etc) and it still does not work. I can use the premade ones but no joy for uploading my own.

When I click on the entry box or the upload button my pictures pops up and I choose whatever pic and then....nothing happens, nothing at all.

There IS a size limitation as well. 12kb if i'm not mistaken. Maybe check that?

Did you try actually choosing the avatar on the drop menu after uploading it?

Yes I saw the size limit and I have been careful to stay under, and yes I uploaded and its not showing up on the drop down menu either. I just checked both ideas again to see and still doesn't work. Ugh!

So Happy! Weird as can be...It doesn't show anything still but it seems to be choosing the correct avitar now, I'm not sure what the deal with the display is, but I am not complaining or touching it :-) Thanks for all the help!
