This is getting silly. More added info. With the help of wookieepedia, you can learn a few things about lighsabers. You can also include your fighting style as well.

I'm about 650 words in, about 1/3 of the way through the first post. Expect it posted either tonight or tomorrow afternoon.

Sic, I think we should post our character bios as well. This way everyone who is participating has a character and everyone else knows who is who. If I can I will post mine soon.

Name: Andrik Tavaris
Age: 30
Position: Jedi Knight, Light Side grey Jedi, but will fall
Appearance: Dark black hair with a scraggly dark beard with a few strands of gray, 6'0'', 175 Pounds, quite muscular.
Force Powers: Heal, Throw Lightsaber, Force Push, Mind Trick, develops Force Lightening one he falls.
Lightsaber Color: Purple.

Lightsaber traits: He's a Jedi Guardian, but has inlisted a purple crystal. His hilt is styled similar to Mace Windu, without the gold plating, instead replaced with a black rubber that appears as if it is "crawling" up the hilt. (Think of the symbiote from Spiderman 3 crawling up a lightsaber.

He uses the Form VII: Juyo style of combat, an early rendition of what Mace Windu would create and call Vaapad. He inputs his darkness into his agressive fighting, taking big, fast strikes.

History:

Andrik was a life long Jedi, along with his brother Kyle. The Tavaris brothers were fraternal twins, and thus share a Force bond with eachother. That may explain why both hold tightly to the Grey Jedi name, tending to go against the Council to do what they feel is right. Andrik was very good friends with Jolee Bindo as a young padawan. When Andrik was 7, he met Jolee and looked up to his thought process. Months later, when Jolee left the Order, Andrik was devestated, but learned a lot from Jolee, and has since sworn to uphold Jolee's beliefs. Jolee left him a pair of his dark grey robes for when Andrik grew, which he wairs now.

Masters:

He had learned from Atris and Master Dorak.

Attitude towards the Order:

Once Arkelaus stormed out of the Order, Andrik and brother Kyle stayed behind. As per their nature, they tend to spend a considerable amount of sibling discussion on everything, as they did with this. They believe strongly in helping innocents, even if the JO says otherwise, hence the fall.

Hey, Anival just a heads up: We are in the KotOR era, and there are no Jedi Starfighters  :P

That's got to be the funniest class-name for a ship ever.

Personality: Generally quiet and reserved, Kale is man who only opens himself to people he trusts. Abuse at the hands of the Social Elite back on Taris taught him to guard his feelings, and so he does. He does have a lighter side however, as during his Acadamy days he was notorious for his quick remarks and his sarcastic nature. He’s generally kind and understanding, but knows when to draw the line. He’s no Angel, but he would consider himself the next best thing.

Alignment: Good/Grey – Kale and his ship, Right to Reply, will end up remaining on the good side in the end, however he will go through a period of doubt and turmoil during the first wave of desertions. I’ve tagged Grey in there because, even though he’s good, he realizes that sometimes you just have to break the rules.

History: Kale was born into Taris social elite, however his parents were originally from Coruscant. Life as an ‘elite’ was never easy for Kale, as being an ethnic off-worlder diminished him in the eyes of his peers, and his status completely alienated him from the rest of society. Between the two, Kale didn’t many friends, and was a quiet, reserved boy growing up. Sensing this, his parents sent him off to the Republic Navy Academy when he was 18, as they still had some influence within the Republic.

As if coming to life for the first time, Kale soon came into his own. Proving adept at naval tactics, he soon came to the notice of his trainers, and was proposed for Line-Officer training. After 4 years of hard work, Kale finally graduated at the age of 22, becoming the XO aboard the Hammerhead-class cruiser Right to Reply.

Graduating at a time where the Republic was beginning to clash more and more with the Madalorians who where rampaging and ravaging the Outer-Rim, Kale saw a fair bit of action, however most of it was light, and his early years of service were relatively quiet.

His “Trial by Fire” could be said to have occurred in 3, 967, 4 years into his career.. Growing increasingly close to border worlds like Taris, the Republic began to deploy its fleets in defensive formations around these border worlds. It was in this year that a flotilla, including the Right to Reply, was ambushed by Mandalorian forces. Kale’s Captain was killed, but the young man quickly took control, and managed to rally the Flotilla and fend off the attackers. For his actions, Kale was promoted to Captain, and given command of the Reply.

Kale would spend the next 4 years as part of the effort to keep the Mandalorians from encroaching further into Republic space. He was to serve as part of the Jebble-Vanquo-Tarnith line under both Saul Krath and Jimas Veltraa.

Come 3,963, (Which I’m guessing is where our story starts, according to my research.) he was assigned to the 6th Republic fleet under the command of Vice Admiral Tarn Fal…

Notes

On Jedi: Kale has an unusually low opinion of the Jedi for a Republic Officer. Because it was not a member of the New Republic, few Jedi were ever posted on Taris, and those that were tried unsuccessfully to remedy the Social problems. As such, Kale does not think much of Jedi, and at worst sees them as meddlers. He does however respect the super-natural power they wield, and knows of their uses in battle.

Character Development: Kale is force sensitive; he just doesn’t know it yet. His chosen career path and his opinion on Jedi has mean’t that he hasn’t been around them for pro-longed periods of time, so they’ve never been able to tell him. By traditional standards he’s too old now anyway, at 30, so they probably wouldn’t bother. During the course of this story, Kale will slowly realize his true potential.

Gizkas!  Man, Sic!  When you get get busy you don't mess around!  I'm actually torn between 'wow' and 'whoa' right now.  Sadly I'm a bit too busy to join but I am sorely tempted...

Perhaps we should hatch evil plots and conspiracies sometime...

Few things real quick:

I hate doing this, it makes me sound like a GodMod, which I'm not, but I have to post up some rules. More like guideline, but you must follow them:

(In no specific order)

1) Please, please, do not post about Revan unless you ask. You can post your feelings about him, please do- it's incouraged- but don't post about him doing anything until you PM me about it first. I don't mean to be a jerk, but c'mon, he's the most important character and I want his tale to be told the way I see it.

2) Absolutley no killing off important characters please. Let's not put a 'saber to Mand'alore's head and call it a day. Feel free to post -about- them, just PM me first.

3) I'll handle story progression, meaning I'll advance the plot as I see fit, whenever and however I please. Do you have a say in it? Yes and no. I've been plotting this whole saga out for months, and have had the idea for years, so I want things to happen in a particular manner. However, with that said, feel free as a naked bird to PM me about any ideas you may have, just don't try to take over the story, it's my baby If you have any ideas or questions, PM me, I don't mind it a turtle's wink..

4) Finally, if your post involves another character owned by another member of the VE, please PM both myself and that character to make sure what you say is ok,

Ok? Ok. I think those are fair enough, and slightly obvious.

One last tid bit. I've had a few FAQ's asked by people, and to make my life easier, here they are for all.

1) When does this take place?
    -Prior to the events of KOTOR. Around 3,963 BBY, right when Revan defies the council and his followers, "Revanchists," fight along side the Republic.

2) Is Revan a Sith?
    -No, not yet. He is only referred to as "Revan" by the Jedi Council, since Master Vrook so aptly shouted that him and his followers are "Revanchists."

3) What's a Revanchist?
    -Revan means revenge, and fits since the Jedi Council believes Revan's actions are based on revenge, although they clearly are not. He does however, eventually seek revenge on... hah! Thought I would tell you!

4) What's with the name?
    -Sith Reborn refers to Revan becoming the first known Sith lord since the Great Sith War 20 years ago. Path of the Fallen refers to the roads those whom fall to the dark side go down, along with the path that those who die must travel. Cool huh? I think so, props to Verkur for that bit of awesomeness.

Sorry about that... whoopsy... with Mandalore and Revan. Didn't know I had to PM you about it. But at least I made you post some rules so nobody else does it.
