Now, when I joined VE, I didn't click on the little box for the Engineering Corps. But now have decided that I would like to join. My only question is, seeing that at the time of this post, there is no one on IRC that can help me, and I'll probably only remember to ask this at this moment, so. For me to join, would I be able to join as Otto, or would I have to go and make a whole other character, which would be highly annoying to have to do.
