    A patron of arts, Doyle spent most of his growing years studying various forms of theatre and culture.  During his tenure in one of the many outdoor clubs from the local academies, he became an avid huntsmen, often racking up a number of trophies.  Upon discovering that there was more than just life on Coruscant, Arthur quikcly joined Blanchard and over the years had gained the prestigous rank of Colonel.

It was during a recent operation of Phoenix Company against Blanchard that the Colonel was first seen.  During the mission, Arthur met various members of BlackJack, Eclipse, and Raiders, often in the search for a good cup of coffee.  Somehow hitching a ride with Blackjack, the good colonel has remained in the good graces of the Vast Empire and began his Imperial service.

  Loves the colour khaki for reasons entirely unknown to him, Arthur calls everyone either 'Old boy' or 'chap'.  Favors a Concussion Rifle and proudly calls it an 'Elephant Gun' due to his former life as a big game hunter.  Has boundless enthusiasm and energy, he is quite often friendly to those he meets.  Usually quips about various events or factions, one of the more popular quotes about Blanchard being: "And here, you can see a few members of Blanchard in their natural habitat. Though highly ferocious, they are notoriously lazy, and are unlikely to lift a finger unless well-compensated.""
