Welcome to the Imperial Naval Academy (VENA), Haventy.  I am the Officer of Training (TO) and I, along with the Training Executive Officer (TX), Tomas, our final Trainer, C-3PX2, and our only operator, Ibram Tyrol, will be taking you through our training system known as Basic Training (BT).  The four of us staff members make up what is known as the academy staff (VENA-S).  We like our abbreviations, no?  Don't give up yet!  The good part's just ahead!

You've actually already finished the first portion, known as Imperial Initiation (II)- you really just had to find your way here and make a thread to do that, though.  The second half is a bit more challenging and is known as Flight School (FS)- here you'll learn about the basics of flight, your equipment and what it takes to be an active member of one of our fighter groups.  If you'll visit Flight School and take a look at Chapter 1 entitled "Character Creation," you'll be well on your way to completing the first portion of FS.  Once you've got a bio written up, simply post it here and one of our trainers will be along to post their comments and further instructions.  In the meantime, if you're looking to get an idea of our club and its members, I highly encourage you to explore the rest of the ComNet and jump onto our IRC server, via either our free chat applet (jIRC) or the downloadable version known as mIRC.  Either way, I hope the best to ya in the future here, Haventy; welcome to the Imperial Naval Academy.

Name: Reloca Jusvex

Race: Zabrak

Age: 19

Gender: Female

Height/Weight: 5'6"/127lbs

Home Planet: Iridonia

Physical Description: She is a phisecly fit and has blue-green eyes.I have long black hair and short Zabrak horns on my forehead. I have a tan skin color and black clothing.

Skills:
Very persuasive
Great with Tech
Exellent Leader

History: As a child Reloca has lived with a pair of unforgiving parents. Every night she would be betten for no reason. When ever her parents had compainy then she would be tied up and stuffed in one of the closets. When she was 9 she ran away from home and joined a group of children that she lead through rouph times. I lead them when the rebelion came and tryed to kill us. Most of the time I would hack into computors and that made me a good tech user. Until now she left the children and went to the naval academy. I was captured and the told me either I join them or die. So I chose to join because it wasn't my time to die yet.

Hello Haventy,

I'm Ibram Tyrol, one of the Operators here at the Naval Academy.

Your Bio is very good so far, very interesting background, although i would try and expand on it, maybe link it to your skills (I.e. how did leading the children in exile make you a good leader? Good a tech? etc...)

I would also try and create a reason why you joined the VE in particular, as opposed to another faction.

Apart from that, and the odd grammer/formatting quirks, your Bio is ok.

I'll let you pass onto phase two, however i would like to see the changes i suggested made first.

Well done Crewman, keep up the good work.

Not bad, Haventy; generally, we don't center those skills at the top, but the fact that you have them listed is a good start.  I'm going make one more suggestion for you, but still okay you on to the next chapter, alright?  The suggestion is this: think about what your character likes and doesn't like.  These can be a place where you have very common ground with your character and, I think, it'll make it easier to expand on your bio.  Essentially, write the little things: you really like the color pink, or you're incredibly impatient when it comes to lifts, or you hate people that chew gum.  We can go on: how you lace your boots, how you wear your hair, what you tend to do for fun...  The list goes on, but with these in mind, you can really begin to build a character profile for yourself.  Again, this is only a suggestion that I'd like you to try and run with a little bit, but this is only a beginning outline; we're just trying to equip you with the information we think will be most necessary when posting in active duty.  Never the less- you may certainly move on to Chapter 2.  I apologize for the wait, btw, Haventy; it won't happen again.
