Ok, to clarify, everyone who has been in the unit for more than a week but less than 6 months gets the 6 month ribbon. Those who have been here more than 6 months, but less than 12 gets the 12. Those who are more than 12, but less than 18 get the 18. And beyond that will be dealt with by the next 2 levels I will make, which will be 2 years and then 3 years.
