I'll go by my official little Chronology book, although he did some preperations then. Although his major actions (especially the ones we deal with in the timeline) are 9 ABY for sure.
We are near the end of Thrawn's fall from what I know. After the Katana incident for sure. So, eh, I should say it's been a loooooong three months or so 
(We'll move forward in the timeline in chapter nine I assume, but don't quote me on that) |
