Fulfiller

Welcome to the VEN, Fulfiller; I'm the Officer of Training (TO) and I'll be passing you through the chapters of Basic Training (BT) and placing you into a squadron upon its completion.  If you have any questions, comments or concerns, you're more than welcome to leave them hear or ask our staff in #VENA on our IRC server.  The best to you, Fulfiller.

Ok. Here's my bio:


Name: Lukas LeNighter
Age: 21
Homeworld: Corellia
Height: 6'
Weight: 177 lbs.


Physical: Although a tall man in stature, Lukas does possess a slight muscular build that can fool anyone. His hair is long and black, mostly done in a ponytail that goes down to the middle of his shoulder. Having an olive-colored skin tone, it is smooth and fair to anyone's touch. For the rest of his face, his eyes are a mild hazel color, and his mouth has a mustache-goatee combination that is thin and full.

Personality: Lukas is quiet in his nature as he loves to read and meditate to ease his body into a calm position. However, when pressed into a situation, he can be very vocal and demanding of things wanting to get done in the manner in which they should be done.

He is very friendly and accepting when it comes to making new friends and allies, and outgoing when it comes to having a party and some drinks along the way. But, if anyone does cross him, he will become a new, angrier person as he will revert back to becoming the strong, silent type.

Abilities: Lukas is a skilled swordsman when he was in Corellia, especially with a Vibroblade and a Blastsword in his hands as he has learned to wield both swords well. As well, he has flown some light freighters back in his homeworld for some extra cash every now and then. Being a good pilot makes things a bit easier for Lukas in this next leg of his life.

History: Lukas had a nice upbringnig in the planet of Corellia as his parents were wealthy businesspeople that were well-known throughout the planet. His father, Nixe, was a man that truly knew the value of money through his chains of banks and financial brokersships. The majority of Corellia funneled their money through his network, and that was a good thing for all involved because Nixe was a fair man in all financial affairs. He doesn't like to be swindled and wanted everything to be equally saved and divided, but if the time came when someone wanted more than their fair share, Nixe would be ruthless and come down on that individual unlike anyone has every seen.

His mother, Rutha, was a skilled teacher in the field of weapons building as she created several innovative weapons for the right supplier and the right price. From the latest in blasters and swords to repairing those of old, she was well-known throughout the galaxy when it came to fixing an Imperior blaster or the gunports of a cruiser.

Lukas took in both of his parents' traits as he looked on from where he stood in the world. He would watch his father communicate with several of his colleagues in some board meetings in his office, and he would watch and help his mom tinker with the right way to fix a trigger to a thermal detonator. He would soak in those abilities and started to become them as he grew older with his own friends.

Sadly, his world came to a crashing halt as he was a witness to a horrific event. While out shopping with his parents when he was a young man of 14, a robbery took place between them and a gang of ruffians. Lukas and Nixe tried to fight off the group, but they were armed with blasters. Lukas was severely wounded from the fight as he caught blast in both his thighs and his right shoulder, but his parents were murdered instantly from the gang.

Since then, Lukas has harnessed his skills in a quiet manner as the images of his parents still flowed fresh through his mind. With everything he did, he would say a silent prayer to them, thanking them for making him their son and that they would be very proud of him. Now, he wishes to accomplish that prayer as he steps into the hallowed Imperial Navy, knowing that parents will always be with him to see him fulfill everything that is set before him.

High Speed Yo-Yo:
Your fighter is already in pursuit of the enemy craft, but you want to get in a better position for a good shot on him. What you do is slow your turn if your enemy is turning as well. Once done, you raise your fighter into a sharp climb upward while keeping an close eye on the enemy. Do an inverted roll downward towards your opponent's back side in order to shrink the size of your point of attack, giving you a better shot and a better kill.


Split - S:
If you need to get out of a outmanned or outgunned situation, this is the manuever for you. If the enemy is following you in a turn, move downward into a dive and turn in a half-loop to make sure that you are positioned right for the manuever to be done correctly. This will give you an increase on the speed of your fighter. Once inverted, pull up on the pilot's stick until you are back in your regular status and away from the enemy's attack. You need a ton of airspace in order for this move to be done right without injury to the pilot or the fighter.

Activity: I am doing the necessary Basic Training step of writing this report in order finish up here. I am now studying to prepare myself for the taking of the Aviator Exam as well as making my Wiki Profile.

Upcoming Plans: I'm going to take the Aviator's Exam and finish all of the requirements needed to get me into a Squadron that will allow me to serve the Vast Empire.
