Coruscant was the planet that never slept. Even durning the evening the planet had it's own glow from all the eletric lights and pulses of passing speeders and ships. It was one of the many symbols in the universe other then the VE.

"What a place.."

The young women mumbled to herself. Comming out of the landing bay. The VE had decided on making a stop to the planet. Well, her squadren anyways. At least while they were waiting on their next set of orders. So for a treat they were all given the weekend of leave to go down on the planet. It was a nice gensture and one that she was gratefull for.

Being cramped on the ship for too long would drive anyone nuts.

She thought to herself as her right hand slipped into the folds of her pocket. Touching the smooth key card that gave her the acess into not only the landing bay to go back to the ship, but it also was an identify card for the specific hotel that her group would be staying at. Over her right shoulde she had slung a duffel filled with civilian clothes and other personal things for the liberty.

"I guess they don't trust us all that much.."

She whispered to herself. Of course it was natural that they had to follow rules. While yes she could spend the IC's to have another place.. but if something happened.. it would be her ass in the sling back with Tomas and the upper chain.  Amilse played on the edges of her mouth  before she walked out into the busy street. Only a few heads turned to regard her in her uniform. SOme growled or gave her dirty looks but quickly moved off. It wasn't the perfect life but no one wanted trouble. Aleia decided she would head to the hotel and change into civilian clothes to keep a low profile.

I'd rather not get in trouble.. but if I do i will deal..

taking long strides her emerald gaze sifted threw the passing crowds of mingled human and non-humans. A few people slammed rudley into her on their way to whatever. Her left hand keeping a tighten death grip on her duffel to make sure it wouldn't get stolen. Aleia took her other hand up to her breast pocket and was glade she kept her credit chit and id card to her skin. Taking the free hand up to her face she pulled a few stands of hair out of her view before finding the hotel. Suprisengly, it wasn't a slum bucket. Blinking back her suprise she hurried on inside....

Coruscant. My second home. Phineus Gage wandered through the busy streets, making his way to the assigned hotel. He reconized every building, every street. He missed the night sky. It seemed it was best from Coruscant. On Mustafar, it was all the same. Plain black, with tints of red. On Coruscant, it was like a completely different sky, lit up with building lights, and filled with stars.

Phineus, and the rest of his Squadron mates, were given a weekend off. A much needed one. They were awaiting new orders, and as much as Phineus wanted to get back into his TIE fighter, he still would like to remain on Coruscant for a little while longer. Sure a weekend was nice, but how much can you accomplish in one tiny weekend?

He was still in uniform, but didn't get as many odd looks as some of his comrades may have. Maybe they reconize me, doubtful, but possible. Phineus made his way into Olav's All Night Diner, grabbed a to-go cup of Coruscant's finest Caf, and headed for the Starbright-Inn.

"Name please?"

R-29-Z, a receptionist droid, took down Phineus' information.

"Gage, Phineus."

"Reason for stay?"

"Vacation."

R-29 tapped away at his computer, every so often looking back at Phineus' ID card. Once he was happy the information matched up, he handed it back to Phineus.

"Room A-47 please. All your pilot friends are on the same floor, refrshments are down the hall to your right, and the room service will be charged to your card. Have a nice stay sir."

Not half bad, for a cheap place. Phineus mused. The bathroom was sparkling, the bed was made with velvet sheets, and the holonews was being displayed in the mini-living room. They spoil us.

Phineus turned off the holonews and considered sleeping. His body was tired, but his brain dissagreed. He felt.. anxious. He needed to get out and do something. And this is Coruscant, there's always something worth doing.
"It was his destiny to join the Empire. He saw death, hatred, evil. How he came out sane, I may never know. If he can control his fear, then Phineus' potential will never be greater."

Aleia reached her room. The numbers matching that on her card (A- 39) before she went in and tossed her bag onto the bed. It wasn't a bad place. For once she was glade the navy took better care then the Army. The place was clean, had fresh linen that looked expensive.

Probably cloned.. but it'll still be nice.

She thought before digging threw her bag to pull out a set of clothes. Black slacks with a black shirt with blue ribbon striping down the arms. Aleia never was the one for more luxurious clothing.

These were perfect and it didn't make her stand out in the sense of clothing. Her walk and attitude however would be a dead give away. The walk of a military personalman. That was somethign that would stick with her for the rest of her days. However long they would be. With another quick sweeping glance around the room she left. Makign sure to lock the room up after hiding her duffel under the bed.
