In terms of story, you haven't missed much, just flick through the quick write story and skim the jester posts.

I'm going to go ahead and cut the speculation. Angel has agreed to take the Jester SL position. He's helped to run more than his fair share of squads during his extensive time in the VE, so I couldn't leave you in better hands. Learn as much as you can from this man guys and girls, I hope you'll support him as much as you have me. I'm sure he'll post shortly with his spiel and contact information for reports.

In other news, Maze has been moved once again to reserves. And I'm off to day surgery. *cringe*

Kami's definitely right about one thing...I've been around the block VE-wise (and other things too, but shhhh that's a secret!) In all seriousness I won't let you guys down. I was ASL/SL Raiders successfully for over three years, and was the ASL of Iron Horse under Kami for another year before RL forced my retirement.

But I'm back! As you can tell. I didn't originally come back to be SL, or PA for that matter, but when life hands you lemon's you make lemonade ya? (probably the wrong analogy to make, but its 7AM I deserve some slack )

And Jager, the queen isn't dead yet, she's still my boss :P. Even though Kami isn't your SL on the roster, you'll feel her influence in pretty much everything I do, and vice/versa.

So down to the nitty-gritty.

- Reports should now be sent to myself ([email protected] or comnet PM) and Brightstar on Fridays.

- Unfortunately my start as SL has to be a rather uninspiring one, as I'm going on leave for the weekend to go camping.

- Squad story will be up sometime next week. I'm going to try and coordinate with Snipes to have a quick, fun story with Raiders as a change of pace, so look forward to that.

-QW is still on this weekend, and I'll be around Friday for the start to get you guys off and running. I'd like to see that same Jester fire we saw last weekend! Oorah! (just as an added bonus, 200,000 credits to the Jester with the most 'quality' posts, and if Jester has the most posts overall 100,000 to each member who contributes)

- I'm probably going to re-do the Jester website, just because it's very out of date and I don't have the pages for it, so. However, it'll look eerily similar to the IH website, so if anyone can do better, feel free to give it a shot, and I'll pay you for your efforts (100,000 for the site, 50,000 a month for upkeep sounds fair.)

- Please post your time-zones here, as I'd like to try and organize a weekly squad meeting just to touch bases with everyone, organize story efforts, etc etc.

- Questions, comments, rants or raves should be PM'd to me, sent to my e-mail above, IRCed, or MSNed ([email protected]).

In addition to everything else, if anyone would like assistance in improving their writing I have always been willing to help. The best way, in my opinion, is to write a short story personal story (char dev) and PM it to me, and I'll get back to you quickly with comments. Additionally, anyone who wants feedback on squad story posts can request it in PM, and I'll review it and give you comments/suggestions. This has worked well for my squads in the past, so I have high hopes for it now.

Ok peeps. I'm back from leave. Snipes and I are working on a Co-Op story between Raiders and Jester which should be a lot of fun. More details on that will be forthcoming this week, and I hope to have it up Monday or Tuesday at the latest.

Sorry. Anyway, I hope everybody is going to be able to post on the QW. If you have writers block, I'll give you some ideas (if I don't have writers block too) to get your brain started up.
