PNG Avatars?

I would like to have the available formats for avatars extended to include .png formats. I am NOT requesting a change in file size limit, just allowing a file type.

A little demonstration why I like pngs...

And the EXACT same image put in the gif format...

There is a considerable difference.

you're not going to be able to fit a png file into 10k... that little "test" alone is almost 60k. so what's the point if no one can use it?

Heh, that is just something random thrown together, and there are ways to make png files smaller, I just didn't bother with those.

Added support for PNG avatar formats.

I didn't test it, so let me know if it works.
