In 2005, George W. Bush proposed a bill that would make him the Supreme Chancelor of the Senate. He also proposed that in war-time, he could be given emergency powers and assemble a Supreme Army of the Republicans with which to fight the evil Democratic Separatists. At war's end, he would relinquish those powers. When asked by reporters if he would abuse these powers, he electrocuted them with lightning from his hands. He then had the Senate disbanded, giving control directly to the individual governers. See Death Star.
"You fool me once, you can't fool me again."
~ George W. Bush on Second Death Star
So reliable is the deadly curse power of the Death Star that it has become a popular mechanism of assassination, the traditional approach being to point towards it in the company of the hapless victim, exclaim "That's no moon!" and watch as their eyes are diverted skywards, leading them to superstitious suicide.
The most famous Death Star assassination was JFK by Darth Stalin.
However when it is used to destroy planets it looks really cool, as long as it's fake.
The terrorists hijacked the Death Star once, with disatrous results.
Currently, North Korea controls a actual deathstar, and has plans to use it to rid capitalism.

Ackbar:
Quotes attributed to the good Admiral
* It's a trap! ["Es una trampa!" - in the original language]
* It isn't a trap!
* You have no choice, Lord Drake. Surrender. Your cruisers can't repel firepower of this magnitude.
* Every Rebel should do his duty.
* Quick, their shields are down. Concentrate all fire on the Super-dee-dooper Star Destroyer!
* May the force be with...sniff sniff...I smell popcorn!
* Our cruisers can not repel whining of this magnitude!
Really, Where is that popcorn coming from?
Solo was forced to dump his precious cargo of endangered animal organs and child laborers into the ocean. Solo's then employer, the seven ton John Hancock the Hutt, furious that Solo had lost his dinner, had a bounty placed on Solo's head.
One attempt on Solo's life failed at a Boston tavern, where Solo was able to load and eventually fire his flint-lock pistol under the table, over the course of seven hours, while he distracted the bounty hunter sitting opposite him with, as he would later describe it, "obstinate ribaldry". Some, however, claim that the bounty hunter shot first. While this is generally considered to be the more accurate view, many historians dispute it, proudly declaring that "Han discharged the introductory round!".

Vice-Admiral Vader boarding the Millenium Falcon
Solo would eventually take two (Obi-Wan Kenobi and Luke Skywalker) on board as passengers, in an attempt to pay off his corpulent employer. Against his will, Solo was drawn into the American Revolution by his new passengers, who needed to travel to Alderaan (a suburb of Boston). The passengers were surprised to see that all of Boston had been obliterated by The Empire. Solo began to chase a small British clipper ship, which was generally only used for short range attacks, and realized that he had been caught by the entire British fleet, which had destroyed Boston with its laser-guns. The Millenium Falcon was then tied to the Imperial Capital Ship because of course there weren't tractor beams in the 18th century. Kenobi, being completely emo challenged Vice Admiral Vader to a duel, but lost on purpose. Solo and the others, including Princess Leia Hapsburg, escaped from the evil Grand Moff Tarkin while the Imperial troops were loling at how incredibly ghey and emo Kenobi was for dying since the Empire was letting the Millenium Falcon get away with an 18th century GPS tracker attached to it. Solo led the Imperials to Baltimore, where the Rebel Fleet awaited his return and the coming battle.
