Who has it and how do they like it?
It looks like a combination of both Rebellion and Galactic Battlegrounds with some mixed-up timelines because they have Kyle Katarn and Mara Jade in with Vader. :P I thought Katarn was waaay back...
Anyway, I never really bought any more RTS games after GB because I know I'll get bored eventually. ----------------------- Cleric "Cosmic" Vor'soth

I enjoy the spacebattles just for the novelty. You can strategize somewhat, but over all it's a fairly simple RTS. I absolutely cannot stand to play a land battle. I suppose I've played to many others (Dawn of War, C&C:Generals, BFME2, etc...).
I've probably played three or four land battles since I bought the game, but I've played quite a few space battles, which haven't gotten old yet. I think the only real reason that I like the space battles is because there aren't many RTS games set in space. Most are on land, and quite a few land-based RTS games put EaW to shame IMO. ----------------------- --Am

the space battles are THE BEST PART OF ANY STAR WARS GAME.
but... the graphics on the land battle are a little on the bad side. But the gameplay makes up for it.
All i really play is space battles, And the Death Star Is Very Fun.
It is defently worth a buy, its under $20, and then you should buy the expansion, for more fun (and destruction). ----------------------- There is nothing wrong with fear. You need never be

For Forces of Corruption, I saw a clip of the Eclipse-Class Super Star Destroyer firing it's main laser beam. Pretty awesome.
So, you can actually choose which battles you want? Space or land? How does that fit in with the campaign? And is it a fairly long game? :P ----------------------- Cleric "Cosmic" Vor'soth

you dont have a real choice, if you are playing campain.
The battles are linked into the story. but instant action and Multi player you can pick. ----------------------- There is nothing wrong with fear. You need never be

The best way to play is the Galactic Conquest mode, where you manage multiple planets, fight land and space battles, etc... Just don't expect anything like Civ3 or 4 in that regard. I'd say if it's $20, I'd go for it, but I wouldn't pay more than that. ----------------------- --Am

In my opinion the land battles suck, the space battles are awesome (I only invest in space on the campaign unless I really need a land fleet).
I'm pretty sure the Eclipse is only avaliable to the pirate faction as well (or so I've heard, I know it doesn't make sense). ----------------------- Raiders

I like the game, just wish there were more than two factions. I know it wouldn't make as much sense but there's not enough variation.
I love the space battles, but land battles are. . .ok. Wish you could take more troops down.
Katarn was around through most of the three movies either as a soldier in the Empire or a mercenary for the Alliance, then of course later he became a Jedi. And Mara would have been around for the empire at about the same times. If i remember right Kyle is in his mercenary form for the game.
