Anival, I'm going to stop you now. Let me give you a run down of the scores from Sunday's meeting. These scores were put together as percentages meaning the points they got out of the points they could have gotten.
In 4th place, Jester with 68%
3rd place, Blackjack with 72%
2nd place, Eclipse with 76%
1st place, Raiders with 77%
As of Sunday, we had less posts than any other squad. Yet we were just barely behind first place. This really shows that we need to show quality over quantity. What I say is keep up the good work how you're doing it. Concentrate more on putting out good posts than more posts.
I would like to see an increased Eclipse presence in miscellaneous work and graphics work. But please, also ensure that those works are quality over quantity. This is Eclipse's chance to show that posting more is not the only way to win a competition. I want to set a precedent. Eclipse needs to lead in quality, not quantity. We need to show who is the best, and who is modest too. I don't want any gloating, but I want you to encourage others to try increasing the quality of their work as well.
The time you take to make another post, could have been better spent making that last one better. I'm not saying you need to spend hours on one post, but taking a little time to quality check your work will not kill you. I know this as a fact.
Keep up the good work, my friends. Try to remember what I say here throughout the competition and we may still win this. Let's show us how much a squad can grow in one year. And how much we ourselves can grow as writers.
