My apologies for not posting the next objective and intel report. Ended up being busy. I'll post it now, and possibly post on the story tonight. - OOC:
- Secondary Intel Report:
Objective: Obtain the prototype weapon
-New reinforcements from other floors have arrived by both the stairs and elevators. Numbers seem to be around 30 to 40, mostly humanoid.
-Several enemies have called for outside help.
-New arrivals are carrying heavier gear than normal. They sport tough armor and advanced lasers.
Also, the story needs to be done within a week to a week and a half. We've got something big on the horizon, which means we need to quicken the pace with this story, although our progress is really great right now. If we finish before hand, that would be acceptable. I'll just cook something up for us to do in the meantime. EDIT: Good posts Anival and Hector. Sorry to you Anival, for forcing a short post from you. Big news on the squad. Brightstar and Hector have been transferred to Jester Squad. They will no longer be writing on the story. So Hector will never join up with us, so just ignore that part. Alright, there's a few ways this could happen. The first is probably the least favorite one. We decide to ignore one of the posts. If you so choose that option, you can battle it out in gladiatorial combat as to who's post gets ignored.
The second option is to see how alike your two posts are. Since Zippy posted first, you may have to edit your post, Ion. If they are rather alike, you can just write about the same event from different standpoints.
The third option involves more work and that requires a full rewrite of the post. Again, Ion, that would probably have to be you, as you posted second.
