Yes, thats right, there will be rejoicing in the streets today! Why? Lieutenant Commander Bear has left the Navy, to be the Assistant Ambassador in the VE High Command. I'm gonna miss you

Paan will decide on a new TO, btw. Meanwhile, g5 is in command of the Training duties.
