I've been asked a few times by more than one SL to institute a report policy. As most of our SLs are fairly new, they probably don't remember that there's always been one in place. Therefore, here's a reminder of the policy for reports (both trooper and squad reports):

First Missed Report:Verbal Warning by Squad Leader and/or Platoon Staff.
Second Consecutive Missed Report:15% fine of the trooper's bank account and another warning by Squad Leader and/or Platoon Staff.
Third Consecutive Missed Report:Demotion and a final warning from Platoon Commander.
Fourth Consecutive Missed Report:AWOL

There will be no debating this. For those that aren't (there aren't many) please include a list of any violations of this policy in your squad reports. This policy has always been in place, but we haven't been enforcing it. Thanks!
