Main VE Page Updates

I've updated the main VE site to include the new link format structure. This should help with linking to other sites so it isn't so confusing with all that session junk.

One other thing I've updated is the join process. New recruits are now required to validate their email address before we even see them. This will ensure that we get valid recruits from now on so we don't have to waste our time on those recruits that enter a bad email.

If they don't have an email address that we can send an email to, then they can't join. This will also help with those 'what is my password?' or 'how do I start my training?' questions since we automatically send them that information.

Updated the application again with some new options and features (per Cosmic's request). Members can now set their country and timezone. This will help us all know where everyone is from.

Also updated the new member page to include a few ideas that Cosmic had for the join process.

Everything looks good so far. If anyone has anymore ideas, let me know.
