Marka or Marko?

In KOTOR, there is a tomb of Marka Ragnos on Korriban. Only thing is, it spells his name Marko Ragnos, mutliple times. In JA, you eventually go to the tomb of Marka Rangnos, which is totally different in architecture. So many inconsistencies!

I don't know a Marko Ragnos. The Sith Lord, however, was Marka Ragnos.

And let's not even start on the fact that 3/4 of those tombs shouldn't have even been there...
