"I have an interview tomorrow, so I'll record my speech I prepared about my life. That way, I can easily figure out what's not smooth and what should be edited out. Here goes nothing...
In my early years, I reads lots of books and was encouraged by my father to pursue education as a way out of our low social status. My mother abandoned my father when I was a young boy, when she found out that he lost his job. Ever since she left us, she never once visited, not that I care. Afterwards, I helped my father on the farm by learning how to pilot our pesticide plane. I worked hard in school and on the day of  my government entry exams, my father died from Rebel cross fire. When the news reached me, I dropped everything and ran out of the testing center to the hospital. It was some rough times for me. I am quiet and I like to observe my thoughts before speaking them. I am generous and amiable to my friends, which I have a few of, due to my shy personality toward strangers. My role models are my superiors, in which I have the upmost respect if they deserve it. I am always polite and cordial to my elders and superiors and only step out of line if I believe that the teacher is wrong. The only thing that is dark within my soul is the feeling of vengence toward the Rebel cause. This thought shoves coal into my burning ambitions and will power to climb up the ranks in the Imperial Navy. I was interested in piloting ever since I saw an airplane in the sky. I read as many books about piloting aircraft and spacecraft and I hope to learn more while I start my training in the Navy. I am very atheletic and I have a nice muscular build from doing farm work in my earlier years. My prose and reading is quite excellent and I believe I could've became an outstanding Council Member in my home planet....

You will be surprised to find that at least half of the members in VE are teenagers in high school, including me.

I am- You might want to make sure that you stay in the same tense when you speak... That is you'll want to keep away from switching from first person, to second person, to third person. I didn't see first in there, but I noticed the other two. When you start speaking that way, you can confuse your readers and thus encumber those who have to write with you. Also, I noticed that at the top of your bio you state that your character is twenty-four years old. Within your actual bio you say he is twenty-two. I assume neither is your real age since your in high school (although things can happen in extenuating circumstances), so I simply suggest you choose between the two. Interesting bio though, hope to see you in a squadron real soon man. Keep rockin.

(Extra Note: Now, you can ignore this, or take it as a helpful bit of information... My medical background tells me that a 6, 1" person weighing 130 lbs is not normally muscular. They might have muscle, but its not normally the type you get from working on a farm. Your figure resembles that of a runner, not a handyman. If you wanna be slightly more on, (don't get me wrong, its very possible to be a healthy person at 130 and that height... ) you might raise the weight slightly. Muscle weighs more than fat you know.)

I would also like to add sir, that I would like to join the Aegis Squadron, though I do not know where their home page is. I would like to join the Nazgul Squadron, but seeing that it seems firmly established I would like to contribute to Aegis.

It appears I do not need to acquaint you with the edit button, so I will only say that we do not recommend double or triple posting. You may use the edit button to add or subtract to your original post, so those last three could have been one. Mind you, anyone with admin access, as far as I know, can see when edited these post and how many times.  And you might want to warn others of changes so they don't become confused. 

As for your bio, it looks excellent.  You've showed us the who, way, and why of your person.  (You can choose that where still, probably going to be a Rebellion planet since your father was killed in Rebellion crossfire...)  As for final draft, you might look through it once more and see if anything sounds 'gramatically' incorrect.  But if you feel good about it, I certainly do. 

Since you appear to be well associated with the site and its features, I'd say you've completed basic training.  However,  I must point out academy.imperial-navy.com for your final exit examination from BT.  Under the 'Exams' link you will find both Basic Training and Flight School.  Simply fill out the form at the bottom of the Basic Training page and you will have completed Basic Training.  Once that is sent in, it is said you have finished with 'VEBAT.' 

Also, you have finished the main step in Flight School, which is creating a bio for your use as well as your peers.  So, in conclusion, I think it'd be fine if you went on ahead and took the Aviator's Exam.  That can also be found underneath the 'Exams' tab on the academy site.  Your doin good, keep it up and you'll be in a squadron in no time.

And, as for your Squadron, Kaph has the lowest number of people (only one off of Aegis though), so you will probably be placed in there.  Keep Rockin.
