I've made a few updates to the member join application that should help with processing new recruits quite a bit smoother. This update also includes a better user experience when trying to submit the VE application.
Some of the things that were updated:
- auto-fill form fields on errors for better user experience
- enforcing member names to follow certain guidelines
- better checks against invalid email addresses
- automatically transfering certain necessities to new trooper inventories
All this has been done to help process the new recruits more efficiently. This should cut down on the amount of time the division trainers have to deal with invalid recruits.

The update will block common titles such as 'Lord' and 'Darth', a few famous names such as 'Skywalker', 'Vader', and 'Windu', and also the most commony-used ranks for both Army and Navy. -----------------------

W00t less email and less inactive recruits. Sounds like a change for the best. Love the name rules as well, I was getting tired of telling recruits they can't have 'Lord' in their name. -----------------------
