Gavyn walked into his room carrying a bag of goodies he had just bought from the ICS. Gavyn set the bag down on his bunk and pulled out a brand new ES-23 ESPO Riot gun. Gavyn ran his hands along it and looked through the sites before pulling out a drawer he had built into the bottom of his bed. Gavyn set it down lightly next to his DLT-20A LRB.

Gavyn slid the drawer shut and picked up the bag again. He tipped it upside down over his bed and two Force Pikes rolled onto his bed. Wow... these are cool... Gavyn pressed the silver activation button on the one closest to him, and the rest of the weapon slid out of the handle, and a low humming similar to the sound of a lightsaber could be heard. Gavyn opened the drawer once again and lightly placed the second pike inside.

Gavyn stood outside the simulation room pushing buttons on the panel next to the door. "No, no, no..." Gavyn said to himself as he keyed the list down, looking for the right simulation so he could practice using his new weapon. Finding the right simulation, Gavyn keyed the enter button and entered the room. The room was totally dark as the door automatically shut behind him.

Suddenly the room began to lighten, the light seemingly coming from nowhere. Gavyn looked around him, only to see the whiteness extending in every direction. Gavyn looked forward again and saw a single rebel standing in front of him, carrying a two vibroaxes and glaring at him. Gavyn activated his force pike and held it in front of him. "Simulation, Begin," the unseen speakers announced.

The Rebel ran quickly at him swinging his blades wildly, Gavyn stepped to the side and quickly switched from stun to kill and swings the Pike  at the rebels back. Because of the speed the pike is vibrating at, it easily slices through the rebels back, spilling his innards on the white floor. Gavyn gags as the smell from the body reaches his nose.

Taking several steps away Gavyn straitens up and looks around for another enemy. Gavyn looks around in front of him and to the sides, wondering where his next target was. Suddenly Gavyn feels a sharp in his right shoulder, turning quickly around he sees three rebels identical to the last one each carrying vibroaxes, although one holds a blood covered one.  Gavyn holds out his pike and grins at the Rebels, "I hope your better than the last one."

The Rebel in the middle dashes towards him, this one showing some form to his attack. The two on the sides move around to his sides before attacking. Moving quickly from previous years worth of hand to hand combat, Gavyn stands ready then at the right moment blocks the attack from the Rebel Number One, spinning sideways as he does, so the he is now behind the Rebel. Gavyn, easily ducks the attack from his right, and takes him at his knee joint, easily ribbing through bone and muscle.

Quickly switching from Kill to Stun, Gavyn catches the third rebel in the forehead, knocking his feet out from underneath him and sending him to the ground. Gavyn looks at Rebel Number One, the one with the blood on his blades. Gavyn removes his helmet and sets it on the ground next to him, "Ready?"

The last rebel runs toward Gavyn clearly aiming to finish him off in one swing. Gavyn crouches down and waits for the right moment to attack. Just as the rebel swings his axe Gavyn jumps in the air over the top of the Rebels head. Twisting around in the air, Gavyn lands facing the back of the Rebel. Switching the pike again to Kill, Gavyn jabs it through the Rebels back.

Gavyn removed the weapon and the room went dark again. Suddenly a white rectangle appeared a few feet in front of him. Gavyn deactivated his weapon and walked out.
