Ok i'm looking for some talented web designers and GFX people.
The tasks:
Create me some Raiders Squad banners. Be creative, but lots of red would be good.
Prize: 100k IC's each for those i like. 200k if i really like it and make it the primary banner.
The big one: Raiders website.
I need someone to create a good, working, nicely laid out website. The other part of the deal is to show me how to update it, but i have a fair idea.
Prize: 1million IC's.
For the banners just email me your creations, but if you're interested in doing the squad website drop me an email.

Now for the website i'd like people to come up with just the frontpage of the website, none of the buttons or anything has to work. A template basically.

The guys got a point, but I was thinking of something more dark, and fierce. Maybe some dark reds with grey and orange or something, or maybe purple, black and dark green... -----------------------

Red and black is a good base, but other colors need to be added to fully "make" the scheme work. -----------------------

I wont use black and red for my design. Black and red are overplayed in squad sites. I myself fell victim to this when building the IH site.
I'll use one of those Raz. Probably mix the first and second ones.
