Okay, the results are in. I first of all want to apologize to those of you who hadn't been rewarded but have seen others recognized. This is due to the fact of Fury jumping-ahead and rewarding peope ahead of time (and only a portion of the list). However, that's no problem, you're all getting recognized today. This would be at the meeting, but I had to work. Anyways, moving on: let's get on with the website awards.
First Prize of 1 Million Credits is going to Angel for creation of the
Iron Horse Website. A truly remarkable site, it even has the aurabesh language to begin with. The nav-bar can be a bit slow to load, but overall its a great site.
Second Prize of 500,000 Credits is going to Yillis for creation of the
Lancer Squad Website. As I said originally, this competition was open to all squads, and therefore Lancer qualifies. It is a good site, and navigation is fairly easy. However, many things the common user is not aware of that are there. Some of the graphics could be resized slightly, as should the navbar. The links are all intact, so therefore I am awarding Yillis the prize of 500,000 Credits.
Third Prize of 250,000 Credits is going to Squall for work on the creation of the
Dark Dragoons Website. While the site was fairly good, it does have a broken link and pictures that are WAY too big. The squad information is all there and up to date, and looks to be frequently monitored. Plus, there is a poll feature that I'm hoping will be updated as often as ours (if not more often).
Good work to you all on your website creation. Now, let's move onto the submission of squad logos/seals. I've recieved three submissions from two people. I was hoping for a bit more, but no one else came forward to submit their logos. I've seen some on your sites, but there is no clear identification of what is the official logo of your squad. Therefore, rather than discriminating over first and second place, I've decided to award Both Eviscares and JR the amount of 250,000 Credits.
I understand most of you have already been granted this award. In fact, I think that after today all of you have recieved it. However, just in case: here is the list of people who have recieved the award.
The
White Medallion [WM] - Medallion for members of the Army that have shown their activity in the Army by creating and managing a webpage. The white medallion represents a good webpage and frequent improvements to the site.
All of these recipients have been approved by Surface Marshal Fury, and you all should add this medal immediately to your ID Line everywhere. ex: roster, comnet, e-mail signature, etc. Unfortunately, this means more work for those of you managing websites. You'll need to add in this medal to the appropriate trooper's ID lines
Anyways, congratulations to the following troopers.

I understand that Squall has been promoted for his hard work, and I'd like to extend the same benefeit to my other workers. Incidentally, Angel has had a promotion due to him for quite some time now. It was delayed due to my handing out rewards for this anyways, and I wanted to do it all at once. Plus, the hard work that all of my site-creators put in deserve a promotion. So therefore, Angel is hereby promoted to Senior Sergeant.
Yillis on the other hand, has not had an overdue promotion, but one right on time. He's come out of leave, and immediately tossed out a fantastic site effort on top of keeping up with his squad demands. Yillis, you are hereby promoted to the rank of Lance Corporal. Congratulations.
I do have one last promotion to hand out. This one goes to someone who has done a lot of hard work graphically, but hasn't really been recognized properly. Marcus, for a new recruit you have a lot of energy. I've seen countless pictures from you on your squad topic, I even understand that you contributed greatly to the Lancer Squad Site in the graphical sense. For your extremely tremendous efforts to help out activity-wise: I am hereby promotion you to Lance Corporal.
Congratulations to you all! All promotions and ICs will be updated as of right now. I'd also like to remind those of you that earned the White Medallion, that its the lower class in a two-part medal. If your website stays well maintained, and keeps being updated: it might qualify to be updated to a Blue Medallion in the not-too-distant future. And as a suggestion, on top of adding in all the new promotions and awards into the sites: I would recommend giving some kind of congratulations on the site to those that have recieved the awards. Once again: congratulations to you all, and thank you for your hard work!
