I think you should limit it to two more, but that doesn't matter. I think 15 recruits per monthe would be enough. Oh yeah and I've no got enough recruits for Silver medal, but I haven't received either a bronze or a silver. I was wondering if you could help me with that. Thanks and consider my words. Think of it like this: For every 10 recruits who come into the VE, 5 bother to do their training. After a month, 2 of them have left, and after 3 months, another has left. One will go on to be a model officer, while the other will be an inactive member who takes up space. Therefore, if we recruit more than 10 people a month, we get a better deal in the long run. If we recruit 100 people, 50 will do their training, 20 will leave after a month, and 10 will leave after 3 more months. That means that 10 of them will be perfect members, and the other 10 will be inactive.. Which is better than just one or two The job is more of a freelance job, open to anyone who can do it. Theres no committments - its more like just getting a reward for recruiting. On the subject of medals, they get given out at the meeting on Sunday
