Hey since MSN messanger is a good chat feature post your e-mails here if you want to be able to talk to fellow VE Imperial Navy members and everyone can just add each other to their contacts and talk

The Vast Empire Navy along with the rest of the Vast Empire uses IRC as its primary mode of chat interaction. I actually discourage the use of MSN because it is run by Microsoft and thus inherently flawed in many ways.

Anyhow, the Navy will not begin to support MSN's messenger as a form of communication because it would be redundent and is otherwise highly undesirable anyway.
