From what I can tell, about 99% of the people on the MesaRO server speak English. I've seen a few that speak Spanish, but never Korean. The MesaRO client also translates everything (button text, game interface, etc.) into English.

Ragnarok Online (RO) went p2p a little while back, but I play on a private server, and those are free... may cross over the line of legality, but hey. :P
There are tutorials for installation (because the text is in Japanese), but the hardest part is actually downloading both the RO game client and the Sakray (updater) client. The Korean version of RO made it so that international users couldn't download the Korean version - the international users' IPs were blocked. I had to change my Proxy IP address (several times) in order to find one that allowed me to download them. They're overnighters too, unless you have a crazy connection, because they're around 700mb each.
Spent a good portion of 3 weeks trying to find one, but it was worth it. -----------------------

Easy enough. Just make the Korean servers think you're computer is from Korea and overnight the download. I suggest turning off any anti-virus software as well as one of the downloads (can't remember which) pops up a fake (harmless) trojan. -----------------------

Cos, i failed 340+ times to get that +8 Jur... and it's double
but that was the day when i have enuff time to get material + moolah.
but not these days......
unless your pserver set the upgrade percentage to 100% hehehe.
