Imperial Center Store Update

I've updated the Imperial Center Store with better scripting techniques to help increase the speed of the store for a better overall shopping experience. I am pleased to say the ICS is now running at sub-second performance.

This update also includes speed enhancements to the administration sections as well as the user interface. I've also improved the speed of the IVE site to help decrease administration time as well as provide a better user experience.
