I think both Chip and Shazam definatly deserves a promotion. If you look at Chp 8, they make up about 60-70 % of the navy story. Beseides, they haven't been prometed forever, unless they are trying to see who can stay at the same rank the longest.

Generally, if you have promotion or award recomendations, you should email them to me and/or your squadron commander. I've already asked some people to start thinking about some of these based on the current chapter 8 story, hopefully they'll start emailing me. :P
