Darn, so i should get Firefox then? Does it take up much CPU or memory? Cause i would hate it if it takes up lots of memory, and loads slow like Netscape. -----------------------

The short answer is no to the load and memory usage question.
The more involved answer is why you purposely want to run a program that runs on top of Internet Explorer and exposes you to malware, adware, spyware, virii and pop-ups. More importantly, why do you resist downloading and using something more functional, secure, industry praised and is even the browser Microsoft's Security Chief uses?

They use it on the Mac's at our school, those basterds, anyways, by the looks of it, it isn't too bad. Not willing to download it myself because I'm a wimp and fear what I'll do to my computer, but like I said, it looks decent... -----------------------

Once again, I really have to wonder why anyone is afraid of safe internet surfing. You guys probably still question pasteurization, dontcha?
In any case, here and here (updated) are collections of stories about Firefox. Some are just glowing praise; others are actually solid critiques. Sift through them if you must. Here is a human interest type tale on one of the coders.
Basically, you can either be judgemental and doubt or download the damn thing and try it. You have testimonials, you have no reason to stay with your IE or clones thereof except for a few sites you can always resort to using it on.

I'll second the recommendation. I stopped using IE (except for annoying sites which don't let you use anything else :P) a while ago. Firefox is waaaaay better. -----------------------

One, get used to calling them bookmarks.
Two, you should have been asked to import them upon loading the program. It's built into the program to do so on first start.
Yes, they've pretty much thought of everything.
Some tips on switching and where to go get some extensions to improve your use of the program. I've latched onto the Open link in, Weatherfox, and AdBlock ones among others. Try a few out but don't go hog wild. Otherwise you'll get that program bloat you are trying to avoid. -----------------------
