i was just thinking but wouldnt it be cool to have a lottery for the VE you know sometime around the Pay days or off them but it would be another way to make money. of well im just thinking. -----------------------

If someone has the know-how to make a random number generator it could work. we could hve like 4 number, 6 number, that type of thing.
We could even do a VE bingo night.
i like stocks but we could do both.

im not much of a programmer but if you have the right programs i think you could do it (at least i think i know how to do it for Visual Basic). i dont know im just saying i dont think its that hard if its all that similar.  -----------------------

Sorry I haven't seen this post, because I could perhaps give you some answers..
Firstly, a lottery would need to be done on a website, like the Imperial Center Store. Who would be willing to just wire me 10k on trust? 
Secondly, it would need to be connected directly to the roster, which is connected directly to the bank. I believe the way to do that is by using web languages (CGI or even Java).
Thirdly, it wouldn't work unless enough people were willing to play, and how much they would be willing to bet. Each ticket would cost, say, 5k, perhaps, with the winner taking 60%, the second person taking 25% and the third person taking 15%. However, if about 2 people are going to bet 300k each, every month, it would kind of defeat the obstacle.
If there is enough intrest (and there seems to be a fair bit right now), we could look into a lottery system. I was also thinking of making a bookmakers, so we could place bets on certain topics (anything from who is going to become VEXO to when Jennifer Lopez will get pregnant  ), although my knowledge of web languages doesn't extend very far.
We did have a casino, years ago, but something happened to it, so they took it down.
Any other thoughts? -----------------------

well about time is all i have to say and one comment about my suggestion would be that the lottery tingy shouldnt be made on how much you bet i mean sure you could buy alot of bids for the jackpot but that would only increas their chances by how much they buy and if that became and issue then you can put a limit on how much they can buy. doesnt any one watch power ball any more??? -----------------------
