I do this almost every year and get at the least a lukewarm response.
So...is there any interest in a VE-wide fantasy baseball league? Will probably have to go to Yahoo as most of the other free options I've used before are long since gone.

Well, first off, we need a vaguely interesting league name...otherwise we're stuck with whatever comes to my mind when the league is created.
You don't want that. It'll suck.
Anyways, we'll be doing it on the free Yahoo fantasy sports area ( here) and will likely have an offline draft as I know everyone's schedules are odd.
Once we get a league name and decide about how many teams we can conceivably have in the league we'll get this going. -----------------------

Is it too late for me to get it, I am a fantasy guru, just won two fantasy football leagues this past year, thanks to the Blatimore Ravens defense and Tomlinson......not to mention Aaron Brooks. But yes, if the offer is still up, I am in.

Yeah, I was loving my pitching staff until I looked at the other teams and realized they could just plain outhit me.
I have a bunch of hitters that would take almost any populated league, but I'm not so sure about this one.
Should be a lot of fun watching those point totals add up. -----------------------

Surely you jest.
Your's is good but I've got Pedro, Schilling, Wood, Prior, Oswalt, and Ponson with Zambrano and Clement as my weak links. So, pitch per pitch, I'll measure my squad against your's.
What you DO have are great relievers. No argument there.
Actually, we all have super teams and that's what is going to make this league interesting. There are some teams out there that are just gonna put up huge run numbers and I just hope my pitching stays healthy. -----------------------
