Better go congratulate him on his promotion Rema thought to himself as he exited the DD barracks and headed for Wraith's barracks. After a short walk and a flashing of his newly acquired Corporal badge, he entered the Wraith's barracks. Rema walked through the barracks and noticed it was quiet. He determined that the majority of Wraith must be out.

Upon entering the crew quarters, Rema began reading names on the door. Towards the end of the hall, Rema spotted a newly made nameplate on a door. It read: "Lance Corporal Mandor". Rema stopped in front of the door and pressed a small doorbell button. He heard the loud shriek of the doorbell from inside and then the sound of things crashing and a wave of curses. A smile spread across his face as Mandor opened the door. He must have been sleeping because he squinting and rubbing his eyes. He also lacked a shirt. 

"Congratulations on your promotion Lance Corporal," Rema said smirking at him.

"Thank you." Mandor straightened up and stuck out his chest a little.

"May i come in?"

Mandor stepped aside and let Rema in. His room was still full of newly bought equipment and their packaging. He saw the large pile of stuff near his bed and thought that must have been the stuff Mandor crashed into earlier.

Rema sat down on one of the chairs in the room and looked up at Mandor.

"Perhaps you should get a shirt?"

"Oh.. yea."

After Mandor got on a shirt they began discussing the aftermath of Azloc and the new promotions and changes in the Vast Empire. Rema saw a few release papers and orders on the table next to the chair and casually picked them up. He saw that Mandor was taking a trip somewhere. Somewhere dangerous because he was taking his AT-PT.

"Oh yeah, im taking some vacation away to Kashyyk." Mandor said informingly.

"Visiting the villages? You know the Wookiees DO support the Rebels." Rema replied.

"Well i wont have to worry about them that much. Well kinda I am hunting them, but i will be down on the planet surface not up in the trees. There is a bounty on their heads." Mandor say excited. Rema just stared at him with his mouth open wide.

"You need to go back to the doctor, something must have come loose on Azloc." Rema said shaking his head." Are you serious? That place is more dangerous that Azloc probably was!"

"Dont worry i have everything under control. I got a ton of weapons and my AT-PT." Mandor said. "Anyways there is much i can do now, i already got permission from the Prefect of the Army. Im set to leave in a few days."

Rema thought his over for a while. Mandor was his best recruit and he couldnt let him go throwing his life away. After letting out a big long sigh Rema came to a decision.

"Well if your going, i suppose im gonna have to go and be the babysitter. Cant let you get yourself killed quite yet." Rema said grumbling. "I dont like it but i have to."

"But i dont think you can. It will take to long to get a shuttle." Mandor said smiling.

"Ack, i will just take my ship. I just need to ask for leave."

"Great!!" Mandor yelled.

"Yeah yeah, i will talk to you after i speak with Fury." With that Rema left heading for the Army Head Quarters.

"What to take, what to take....." After taking a walk to the Army HQ and asking for leave and use of his ship, Rema starting thinking about what to take along.

He strolled around outside the Dark Dragoons barracks thinking if he really should go. It was a suicidal mission. Going to Kashyyyk was bad enough because it was controlled by the Rebels, but then they where there to collect bounties on a group of deadly Wookiee fighters. AND to top it off this group is hiding down on the planet surface. Down there were things the size of AT-AT's that walked around waiting to find a edible snack. Rema knew Mandor had a wild and crazy side to him. Thats why he was put in Wraith Squad.

Finally Rema decided to head inside and get his gear ready and see if he was allowed to use his ship. He walked through the Dark Dragoons barracks and stopped before his quarters. He punched in the access code and the door slid open. Stepping inside, Rema pushed a button to close and lock the door.

He walked over to his table beside his bed and tapped a few buttons on a small machine. When he walked away beautiful and soothing notes began to play from the machine. Rema stopped in front of his equipment locker and opened it up. He looked through all of the items he had aquired over the last few months and pulled a few items out. In the end he had his CompForce Armor, his two DL-54 Automatic blaster pistols, a few Luma Flares, a Neuronic Whip, his MM9 Rocket system, vibroblade, his DLT-20a Light Repeating Blaster, and a Tagger.

Rema put his gear in a bag and tossed it by the door. He sat down on his bed, turned off the music, and opening a Comm. channel to the Army HQ information desk.

"This is Corporal Rema of Dark Dragoons Squad. I was wondering if my leave was approved and if my shuttle was being prepped."

"Yes, your leave has been approved Corporal but your ship useage request has been denied. You also have not been allocated a ship from the Dominion." a young male soldier responded.

"What? How the heck am i supose to get Kashyyyk then?" Rema said angered.

"Sir it says that you will be traveling on Platoon Commander Rizzit's personal Yacht." he responded. Rema just sat there with a confused look on his face. As if the receptionist could see Rema, he told him that 2nd Lt. Rizzit and SSG TK-112 would be joining Rema and Mandor to Kashyyyk. Rema thanked the receptionist and closed the channel. He then opened another to the Platoon Commander's office. Rema got another receptionist. He asked if Rizzit was available and was placed on hold. After a few minutes of some generic music playing he got through to Rizzit.

"Hello Rema. I guess you found out im coming along." Rizzit said in a cheery tone.

"Yeah I did. I was a little surprised as well," Rema responded. "So since we are taking your ship, when are we gonna be leaving?"

"In five hours, we have to pick up Mandor at F'tral." Rizzit said.

"We have to pick him up? What about his AT-PT?"

"We are sending it remotely to Kashyyyk and then we will pick it up."

"Ok. I guess I will see you at the hanger in five hours." With that Rizzit closed the channel. Rema looked at his clock and then at his gear. He opened one more Comm. Channel to the storage department and asked them to take his Zed Police Droid down to the Platoon Commander's hanger.

After he got off, Rema laid down on his bed. He sat there starting at the ceiling wondering what was next for him. Laying there he thought back to his past days and then to his childhood, but before he could even picture his homeworld he was lost in a deep sleep.

After Mandor had gotten picked up off of F'Tral he went to the back of Rizzits ship and took a look at his AT-PT.

It was a site to behold. A ton plus of moving metal, witha whole lotta death power.

Mandor looked around at the massive ship and smiled. He knew that if he was with VE long enough and did his work one day he would have a ship twice this size.

Mandor was sitting in his AT-PT when he saw Rema coming up. Mandor used the turret sites and trolled then twords Rema.

"HAHA i love this thing" Mandor yelled as he trainedthe turret on Rema.

Rema shook his head, turned around and walked out.

Exiting the cargobay the Mandor's AT-PT in it, Rema continued down the corider to the bridge. The thick door that lead to the bridge quietly slide open and revealed Rizzit and Tk sitting at the helm.

"...so when we land nothing will get into the ship." Rizzit was saying at Rema plopped down into the navigators seat. Tk turned around to face Rema while Rizz turned to talk to the R2 unit that was basically flying the ship.

"How are things in the back?" Tk questioned.

"Fine, Mandor is like a child playing with his new toy. He is going to have too much fun on this mission."

"Well he better be careful, Kashyyyk is a dangerous place."

Rema nodded thoughtfully and stared out the viewport at the blur of colors that was hyperspace. It had been a while since he had been to Kashyyyk. He assumed alot had changed from the days of the Imperial Occupation and he hoped he didnt run into any old "friends" on Kashyyyk. When he left before it was with laser fire buzzing all around him, now he was coming back to an unknown welcoming party.

"Four minutes before we exit. Rema go get Mandor and drag him up here if you have to." Rizzit ordered from the pilots chair. Rema jumped up and exited the bridge.

"And make sure that AT-PT is secured!!" Rizzit yelled. Rema could hear a laugh from TK and then the door hissed shut. Jogging down the corriders, Rema entered the cargo bay to see Mandor making explosion noises and pretending to shoot his AT-PT's guns.Rema grinded to a halt and waved to Mandor.

"Get out of that thing, we are exiting hyperspace soon."

"Aww, its soooo fun though. Cant i stay in it?" Mandor asked. Rema just stood there looking at him.

"FINE" Mandor said sighing.

"And make sure to secure it down!" Rema yelled as he jogged back up to the bridge. When he entered the bridge Rizzit and TK were busily flicking switches. Rema sat down in his seat and asked what he could do.

"Just sit tight and be prepared for anything."

Rema nodded and watched the timer tick down. About 45 seconds before the ship reverted back to normal space, Mandor came rushing in and collapsed into his seat.

"Sorry it took so long, was finishing something up."

"Getting those evil rebels hiding in the hold?" Rizzit said looking over his shoulder for a second. But before Mandor could respond, Rizzit pulled back the lever and they reverted into normal space. Hanging before them, a dark green gem glowed filling the forward viewport. It looked more beautiful than Rema could imagin. They had finally arrived at Kashyyk.
