As you have noticed (since you can read this message), the server is back up and running again. There were some abnormal conditions going on with the server. From a server crash, some configuration files got messed up which caused all these problems. I am hoping they are fixed for now. Sorry for the delay in getting this back up, but as soon as I got back on Monday, I started to work on this.
