When I post on a story, I first write it in word and then copy/paste it onto Comnet. Now, the problem is that Comnet only allows straight quotas and not the default "smart" quotas.

The " ' - and ... that are copied from Word and pasted onto Comnet end up turning into different symbols. Now, to fix this you can go to Word and do the following: Go to Tools >> AutoCorrect Options >> AutoForgmat As You Type >> uncheck the "Straight quotas" with "Smart quotas" and the Hyphens with Dash boxes. This fixes the " ' and - problem. However, it does not fix the ... from turning into the & symbol.
