i was looking through the previous posts on the main comnet and i found one by silver wolf asking when VEN will compet in WOW. I fell that an action must be put towards this many of our pilots are not that active and i think i know y. we need more activities that request from our players and for right now i think WOW is a good answer. I plead my superiors to look into this matter i understand u want our pilots to be ready but many of us are if u feel like u need to find out ill be happy to get a few players with me to test players who would wish to compeat in WOW and eliminate the ones whoe still need practice. again i strongly urge my superiors to look inoto this Thnx for ur time in reading this. -----------------------

Lonewolf, I couldn't have said it better myself. We need to get the navy's pilots active in WOW and show the rest of the gaming world what the Vast Empire is all about ... kicking butt.
I've flown against or with several of pilots, and I know that we have some good ones aboard. I feel we could do real well in competition.
All we need is to get it organized. And that's going to take people with rank and status who can get things done. Because us peons can't do it alone.

For those of u who dont know WOW (Week Of War) is a tourny held by Battlestats.com it happens once a week every month and im pretty sure they have one for most of the games on the zone. -----------------------

Hey Lonewolf and Darkhawk, maybe we should get this WoW thing started. Lonewolf could look into the candidates with XWA, me into the ones with XvT and Darkhawk can do both. We'll find good candidates to represent the VE in WoW. If we do this, it could show the online gaming world that the VE is a force to be reckoned with. We could compare candidates and send the results, along with a proposal to join WoW to the superiors in HC. That would be good i think. Reply and tell me what you think. If we do agree to this, anyone who wants to try out should post to this message or email one of us.

I've finally swallowed my pride and bought XWA. I can't say I'll be any good, but still..
Anyway, heres what you do:
1) go to www.battlestats.com/players/edit/
2) Press NEW CLUB
3) Put Vast Empire Navy in the Name/ID section, and VEN in the Initials section.
4) Put in your info and click "YES"
5) Wait for confirmation email (which you'll get when I send it ) -----------------------
