I know you're working real hard on getting everything on the Navy site updated, and everything I have to say here is probably pointless. But anyway... Now that we have three main squadrons - Viper, Kaph, and the new one, Aegis - I think everything should be done to make sure that these squadrons have full rosters. And are filled by active members. Now, I know that Viper is pretty much set. But the two other squadrons are going to be hurting, not only for personnel, but for good leaders. So our Trainees should be well-inspected before we let them. And we all need to do some good recruiting. I also send out a plea to some of our Army members - come on over to the Navy and join a squadron. Thanks for your attention. /me salutes -Darkhawk

Naa, you're right. We need somebody to do some recruiting. Riel was good at it, but hes a squadron commander now, so he probably won't have time.. Why don't we have a Recruitment Officer or something? I'll see if anyone in my wing wants to do some heavy recruiting

I agree. I looked at the roster and noticed all the trainees and thought why the weren't placed on activce duty. Why is that??I mean they are there, why not start insecpting them or whatever and get our squadrons full and up to par. I mean I am 1 of the trainees, but i would be more than happy to be placed ina squadron. I am lokking forward to it. And for the good leader part, I also agree. There could be some great leaders amoung this bunch, and we need to work on getting them placed. I know you're busy, being in charge of the entire navy, but this would help to make the navy much better. We could get these recruits active and going. As for Bear's comment on the Recruitment Officer, I think that would be good. But I've been speaking to people on the zone and they hate the fact that all the squadrons(such as TFA, TRA, UPA,etc.) are focused on recruiting rather than flying. So if we did get a Recruitment Officer or something, There is a little bit of info I have learned to help the Empire's ranks increase. Anyway, I hope these suggestions we help. Thanks for your time.

I notice another thing in the Navy.. no senior officers. All the admirals in the High Command are Rear Admirals. In the Starfighter Corps, there are two 1st Lieutenants and two Officer Candinates. Its like the Navy is starting all over again..

Now, anyway, about the huge number of trainees.. I don't know who can update the roster, but whoever it is HASN'T BEEN DOING IT! You guys should be LCRW by now, along with a lot of other people.. And you're missing out on pay because of somebodys laziness to not update the roster. There are quite a few people in Kaph that nobody even knows about, because the roster isn't being updated. I would gladly do it myself, but I can't. Anyway, thats the problem. Roster updating.
