Alright.
How does 5 million ICs for a new main army page grab ya?
I want either a PNG or JPG of a mockup before I even seriously consider such a concept. Serious candidates only. I can make a freaking basic HTML page. I want some serious all-inclusive quality that isn't a total bandwidth hog. -----------------------

If nothing else, I am still trying to put the ATC together. I have a few concepts from a couple of people. Perhaps what I REALLY need is someone to build a series of images.

eeps.. what have I gotten myself into. 
Any time limit for when you need a concept by? What do you expect from the page? And why does every other topic tell me " There are no messages for this topic." in the review box at the bottom of the screen? Just a question. -----------------------
