Ok guys, I checked my email today, and lo and behold, I found that the ORWII that I've been talking about is actually starting this Saturday, October 26th. There a coupla important webpages you need to see in order to participate:

It will be held in #OuterRim on U.net(shudder) from 2 PM EST to 11 PM EST to allow for American as well as European members to participate.
